Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 28 October 2026
1. Who we are
Wildpulse is an independent travel inspiration and information website about hiking, theme parks and adventure travel. By using the site you accept these terms.
2. We do not run activities
We publish guides, gradings and recommendations. We do not organise, guide or operate any hike, ride, tour or adventure activity, and we do not sell tickets. Any booking you make is a contract between you and the operator, park or booking partner, under their terms, prices and cancellation rules.
3. Affiliate disclosure
Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you book through them we may earn a commission, at no extra cost to you. Commissions never decide what we recommend.
4. Accuracy, conditions and closures
Trails close, weather turns, rides go down for maintenance, and prices and rules change. Our gradings are a general guide only. Always check current conditions with the park, local authority or operator before you go.
5. Risk, fitness and insurance
Hiking, rollercoasters and adventure activities carry real risk and may have age, height, fitness or health requirements. Our content is general information, not professional, medical or safety advice. Follow the operator’s rules and staff instructions, turn back when conditions are poor, check your travel insurance covers the activity, and consult a doctor if you have any health condition. You take part at your own risk.
6. Use of the site and content
All text, design and branding belong to us or our licensors. You may share links and quote short extracts with credit; you may not copy, scrape or republish our content without written permission. Photos may belong to third parties and are used under licence.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the site, third-party services, activities you take part in or linked websites. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Consumers keep any mandatory protections of their country of residence.
